ETHIOPIA YIRGACHEFFE LIGHT ROAST

Welcome to the superstar of coffee beans - Yirgacheffe!  Ethiopia is where all coffee began in the 9th century AD and Yirgacheffe is considered an heirloom variety.  This coffee has a bright and citrus type acidity (go to our Coffee College to learn about acidity), with fruit flavors and a silky mouthfeel. It has a red berry and orange citrus character and a light and herbal quality to it.
