DARK ROAST - VOLCANO

This is a SINGLE ORIGIN coffee.

VOLCANO!  This coffee derives it name from the area the beans come from - El Salvador - the land of Volcanoes.  This coffee erupts with bold coffee taste.  And the body is unlike all our other roasts - bold at the start, bold in the middle, and bold on the finish.   

 This coffee can be drank straight up (none of our coffee is bitter including this one) but if you put dairy in your coffee or are making espresso based drinks, this coffee is an absolute rock star.   

The difference between Dukes Dark and Volcano is that Dukes is bold at the start and finishes softer and Volcano is bold all the way through. 

We use our new, top notch El Salvador bird friendly and organic coffee for this one.  It took A LOT of trial and error to find a specialty grade coffee we could roast to second crack and not lose any of the terroir of the coffee. 

If you like bold, darker roast coffee, this is the one for you.  

FLAVOUR: Definite deep dark chocolate tones with the longest finish.  Strong yet balanced, full mouthfeel and no bitterness
