We are proud to offer this stunning coffee from a small collective in Peru  - sourced though Sustainable Harvest. 

Sustainable Harvest is a specialty coffee trader focusing primarily on bringing coffees to market that are sourced from smallholder farmer cooperatives in the supply chain such as indigenous communities, women groups and the next generation of coffee farmers.  

This is a washed coffee grown at crazy high elevations - up to 2400 MASL.  We roast this coffee to a light roast but when you see the beans, similar to Yirgacheffe beans, they don`t look light roast.  We assure you they are!  

With this exceptional Peru coffee roasted light you will actually get a complex and rich mouth feel  - exceptional for a light roasted coffee.  You will also get a sweet cup with a stone fruit and tropical fruit finish.  

This is a delicious and complex cup of coffee with that expected light roast bright finish.
