Returns and Shipping Policy
As a dry good food product, we cannot accept returns of coffee once it leaves the roastery. We can offer returns for any merchandise for the following reason only: Item is damaged.
We ask that you send us an email if you have any questions about the coffee you are about to
buy or if you want additional information or clarification.
We have tried to offer the tasting notes as
accurately as we can. The tasting notes come from the farmers and from our experience trying
the coffee before we put it up for sale. The tasting notes will vary though based on roast level,
brewing method and your own palate. We will help you select a coffee if you are unsure.
Merchandise and coffee will be delivered locally by the roasters themselves.
We want to make sure you have the best possible experience dealing with us.
Chin Chin Coffee uses Canada Post as our preferred shipping method for our coffee but you
can choose whatever method you want. Once we fulfil your order and print up your shipping
label, it is marked as shipped and you will receive a notification. You will now be able to track
your order.
If you qualify for free delivery, that’s going to be done by the roasters themselves and as soon
as the order is fulfilled, it will be delivered typically within 3 days but never more than one week.
Cancellation Policy
If for some reason, you need to cancel your order and it has not been shipped yet, we will try our best to accommodate you. Simply send us an email and explain why you need the order cancelled and when.
If you are a subscriber, you can always cancel your next upcoming order yourself on the website under your account. If that is too hard, send us an email and we can do that for you too. We want to make your experience with Chin Chin Coffee's website as smooth and easy as possible.
