NICARGUA MEDIUM

This is a SINGLE ORIGIN  first class coffee and another fabulous coffee alongside our popular medium dark Brazil. 

These beans come directly from the farmer.  They are picky about who they partner with because they are a smaller farm, pay fair wages to their workers, and get this:  THEY DONATE BACK 75% OF ALL PROFITS BACK TO CHILDRENS CHARITIES IN NICARAGUA.  This is a direct trade (yes  - we have met the farmers many times!), sustainably farmed, organic, shade grown and hand picked coffee grown at a high elevation. What more could you possibly ask for?  We are honoured to be partnered with this fabulous farmer and their family.  

FLAVOUR: white chocolate, a touch of caramel, dense, full body, tropical fruit, extremely pleasant mouthfeel with a touch of citrus finish.
