NICARAGUA LIGHT

This is a SINGLE ORIGIN  first class coffee and a very special, natural process coffee that will become a favourite for it's fruity and floral taste and smell.    

These beans come directly from the farmer.  They are picky about who they partner with because they are a smaller farm, pay fair wages to their workers, and get this:  THEY DONATE BACK 75% OF ALL PROFITS BACK TO CHILDRENS CHARITIES IN NICARAGUA. 

This is a direct trade (yes  - we have met the farmers many times!), sustainably farmed, organic, shade grown and hand picked coffee grown at a high elevation. What more could you possibly ask for?  We are honoured to be partnered with this fabulous farmer and their family.  

FLAVOUR: Mild strawberry, fruity and floral with the smallest touch of caramelized sugar with exceptional full body mouthfeel.
