We bring you this terrific coffee from Honduras - sourced though Sustainable Harvest.

As a natural process coffee (skin and fruit left on the seed and dried on raised beds in the sun), it will be fruity.  After much cupping and sample roasting, we found a profile that brings out the blueberries in this coffee.  The smell is blueberry forward.  The mouthfeel is clean and sweet.  The finish is very bright.  It does not taste like blueberries in your mouth in case you were wondering.   

This is a very unique coffee with a one of a kid aroma, farmed at very high elevations (1700-2400 masl) and shade grown. 

This coffee has a cupping score of 88.

FLAVOUR:  Blueberries.  Dry fruit. Light body, very clean mouthful, a super bright finish.
