Our one of a kind espresso is a combination of Brazil, Columbian, and El Salvador with a strong focus on Brazil.  All of the beans are 100% single origin and individually roasted.  We roast our espresso to  dark/medium-dark (full city roast) resulting in a coffee with great body, noticeable intensity but great balance too with terrific crema.

FLAVOUR: delicious chocolate, roasted nuts and golden caramel.

fantastic local roast

This roast produces a very lovely crema when pulling espresso shots. I'll be buying all my coffee from Paul and Sylvie at Chin Chin coffee.
