COLOMBIA MEDIUM ROAST

When we want a solid everyday cup of coffee, this is it - we call it our "no-brainer" and makes the start of our day so much better. 

This is a special  SINGLE ORIGIN coffee!  We are so fortunate to know this farmer - yes - we've met the farmer - and their Colombia green coffee is absolutely top notch! This is grown at high elevation (1600-1800m) using sustainable practices with living wages paid to the workers.   The coffee comes from the San Gil area of Colombia, is 100% shade grown,  and is hand picked and hand sorted.  This coffee has a cupping score of 86 and the cupping notes are: 

FLAVOUR:  Classic Colombian profile with nice chocolate (like all Colombian coffee), sweet and complex  - with great medium body that has a long finish.  Smooth, rich flavor profile with some pleasant nutty undertones.  Very mild acidity with delicate floral notes.
